Welcome to this magnificent and unique Tuscan Estate on the exclusive bluffs of Point Noble, overlooking beautiful Lake Grapevine.

Complete with guard gated security, centrally located in Flower Mound, Texas, and only minutes from DFW airport, this estate is a secluded and peaceful retreat....a true masterpiece.

Inspired by Italy's Renaissance architecture, this home rests on over an acre of prime, lake front real estate with lush landscaping and vibrant sunsets. With over 10,100 square feet of living space, this estate boats 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths, a study/library, 1,800 bottle wine cellar, a game room with wet bar for game day festivities, an art room, exercise room as well as a 1,000 square foot casita for guests.

Wake each morning in your master suite, complete with sitting area, and enjoy a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Start your day in the gorgeous master bath with Venetian Plaster finish and Swarovski Crystal inlaid hardware, coffee bar and dual walk in closets.

The grand entry showcases a 14-foot diameter Renaissance style ceiling dome with alabaster panels that is backlit to emit a soft glow. All interior doors are arched, made of Alder wood and include beautiful decorative accents.
An impressive 5-foot diameter dome with twinkling fiber optic lighting can be found on the ceiling of a powder room.

This home displays natural stone imported from Italy throughout, Murano glass wall lamps, decorative ceilings, handcrafted chandeliers, numerous custom marble floor medallions and wall murals.
In addition, Venetian plaster finishes make this property a true one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

A third story studio with a fabulous balcony provides lofty views of the lake and the untouched natural preserve owned by the Corp. of Engineers. The only neighbors you will have are natural wildlife along the lake.

Outside you'll find an expansive terrace, which overlooks the lake and provides the ultimate location to watch the sunset and enjoy year round outdoor living.
The saltwater spa and heated pool with infinity edge, surrounded by lush tropical landscape, gives the feel of luxurious resort in the Caribbean.

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to live in your own private, unique Italian estate right in the heart of DFW!
