Lake Grapevine Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 13)
SLOW. Water lightly stained; 52 degrees; 0.27 high. Largemouth bass are slow on shad like crankbaits, drop shots, grubs, and jerk baits near brush piles, deep points, and steep rocky shorelines. White bass are slow in 20-35â with slabs and white or chartreuse swim baits near main lake humps, flats, and drop-offs. Crappie are slow on minnows and jigs in marinas and near submerged structure. Catfish are slow on punch bait and cut bait.
